Owning and running a business can be like a roller coaster ride. You will have experienced many highs and lows and may have mixed emotions about the past and the future. Business success requires you to focus more time ‘on’ not ‘in’ your business. This powerful session will look to identify common challenges faced by SME's, share our 2018 SME Research Report data, provide a snapshot of business concerns, Identify "Calls to Action" to address these concerns and look to identify emerging trends. Attendees will also be provided a free business risk survey that will provide a quick summary of how their business looks in terms of risk and may provide ideas for where to focus their time on in the future.
